Data Protection and Consent Notice
This notice applies before submitting PDF documents through MOTOEXPERT application, certification, recertification, complaint, appeal, certificate status or supplementary document forms.
Purpose of document submission
The submitted data and PDF documents are used only for the selected MOTOEXPERT association procedure, such as candidate admission, qualification check, certification review, recertification, complaint review, appeal review, certificate status clarification, misuse report or supplementary document review.
Voluntary submission
The submitting person voluntarily provides the data and documents for the selected procedure. Without the required documents, MOTOEXPERT may be unable to perform the requested review.
Purpose limitation
The documents are handled for the selected association purpose and related internal documentation, communication and review steps.
Data minimisation and anonymisation
Only documents necessary for the selected procedure should be submitted. Sample appraisals and case-related documents should be anonymised where appropriate before upload.
Remove unnecessary personal data
Names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, claim numbers, registration numbers, full VIN numbers and unrelated private data should be removed or masked if they are not necessary for the review.
Keep technical information readable
Anonymisation should not destroy the technical value of the document. Relevant vehicle type, damage description, photos, calculations, methods and conclusions should remain understandable.
Confidentiality and access
Access to submitted documents should be limited to persons involved in the relevant MOTOEXPERT association review, certification, recertification, complaint, appeal, status or quality procedure.
Protected PDF handling
Uploaded PDF files should not be treated as public website media. They should be stored in protected application or case registers.
Communication
MOTOEXPERT may use the submitted contact data to communicate about the submitted matter, missing documents, status, review questions or procedural results.
No automatic result
Submitting documents does not guarantee candidate admission, certification, recertification, membership acceptance, public listing, certificate status change, disciplinary action, complaint success, appeal success or any specific outcome.
