Contact Routing
Use this page to choose the correct MOTOEXPERT route. This prevents unstructured e-mails and ensures that certificate checks, candidate applications, PDF documents, complaints, appeals and general questions are sent to the correct process.
Choose the correct route
Before sending documents or questions, select the route that matches the purpose of your request.
Verify a certificate
Use this route if you want to check a MOTOEXPERT certificate number, appraiser ID, status, validity date or certified appraisal scope.
Apply as appraiser candidate
Use this route only if you can document the required technical qualification and independent automotive appraisal practice.
Prepare or send PDF documents
Use this route for document preparation, anonymisation and structured PDF submission. Do not send random unlabelled files.
Submit an application
Use the structured application form for a new candidate application. The form stores files in the internal protected application register.
Complaint, appeal or misuse report
Use the procedure route for appraiser conduct, document quality, certificate status questions, appeals or misuse of the MOTOEXPERT name.
Data protection before upload
Read the data protection and consent notice before uploading PDF documents through any MOTOEXPERT form.
General questions
If your question does not belong to certificate verification, candidate application, document upload, complaint, appeal or misuse report, use the general contact e-mail. Keep the subject clear and do not attach unnecessary personal data.
What MOTOEXPERT does not decide through contact forms
MOTOEXPERT contact and upload routes are used for association, certification, verification, technical document and procedural matters. They do not create legal representation and do not decide insurance coverage, legal liability, compensation payment or court outcomes.
No legal representation
Contact forms and structured submissions do not replace advice from a qualified legal professional and do not make MOTOEXPERT a legal representative.
No guaranteed result
Submitting documents does not guarantee admission, certification, recertification, certificate change, complaint success, appeal success or any payment decision.
Future website assistant
MOTOEXPERT may later use a website assistant for standard questions and routing. The assistant should answer FAQ questions, explain pages and direct users to the correct form. Formal documents should still be submitted through the structured upload forms with data protection confirmation.
