What MOTOEXPERT does not do
MOTOEXPERT works within a technical and association-related framework. The website is not a legal service and does not make insurance or court decisions.
No legal representation
MOTOEXPERT does not represent users as a legal representative and does not replace advice from a qualified legal professional.
No guaranteed result
Application, document submission, complaint or appeal does not guarantee admission, certification, public listing, status change or any external decision.
No coverage or liability decision
Insurance coverage, compensation payment, liability and court outcomes are decided by the competent insurer, court or responsible body.
Certified appraisal scopes
Public records and MOTOEXPERT documents may refer to certified appraisal scopes. These scopes help users understand the appraiser profile shown in the MOTOEXPERT system.
Vehicle damage and valuation
Damage assessment, repair cost calculation, vehicle value, residual value, depreciation and documentation.

Use the procedure route for complaints, appeals, certificate status matters and misuse of the MOTOEXPERT name.
Data protection before upload

Annual training
Minimum annual training, especially EV, hybrid vehicles, ADAS, diagnostics, cyber security and technical documentation.
Training record
Documented continued professional development with topics, hours, providers and proof of participation.
Recertification
Four-year recertification confirms continued competence, training, quality and scope suitability.
Use MOTOEXPERT Help before sending a message
The future MOTOEXPERT Help Assistant will be based on controlled FAQ content and routing pages. It may explain requirements and direct users to the correct route, but it must not make decisions, certify appraisers, give legal advice or collect documents outside secure forms.
Final public start point
This page is prepared as the final homepage candidate. It is not automatically set as the WordPress front page. After approval, it can be manually selected as the homepage and connected with the final public menu.
