Use of MOTOEXPERT Name and Certificate
The MOTOEXPERT name, appraiser status, certificate number, membership number and association designation may be used only in accordance with the current association record and certified appraisal scope.
Permitted use
Use of the MOTOEXPERT name must be accurate, current and not misleading.
Only while active
The MOTOEXPERT name and certificate may be used only while the appraiser status is active and valid.
Only certified areas
The appraiser may indicate only the appraisal scopes that are recorded by MOTOEXPERT.
Correct certificate data
Certificate numbers must be used exactly as recorded in the MOTOEXPERT system.
No use after expiry
Expired, suspended or withdrawn certificates must not be presented as active.
No false authority
The appraiser must not create a misleading impression of status, scope or association function.
Public check
Where applicable, the public verification system confirms current certificate status and validity date.
Misuse of MOTOEXPERT identity
MOTOEXPERT may review cases involving misuse of the MOTOEXPERT name, appraiser status, logo, certificate number, membership status or public verification record. Misuse may lead to internal review, correction request, suspension, withdrawal of status or complaint procedure according to association rules.
