MOTOEXPERT Certification Process
The MOTOEXPERT certification process is a structured pathway from candidate admission to certified appraiser status. It is based on formal qualification, independent appraisal practice, quality audit, certified scope assessment and association decision.
Certification pathway
The process is designed to be structured, documented and traceable.
Preliminary application
The candidate submits the structured application form with basic data, admission path, requested scope and preliminary PDF documents.
Admission gate review
MOTOEXPERT verifies whether the engineer, automotive technician or master craft path is fulfilled. Without this gate the process does not continue.
Document completeness check
The association checks whether CV, diploma, business activity proof, practice proof and sample appraisal package are complete.
Quality audit of previous work
Selected anonymised appraisals, calculations or valuations are reviewed for technical logic, structure, traceability and documentation quality.
Scope assessment
MOTOEXPERT assesses whether the candidate can support the requested scope such as DV, AT, CM or RT.
Association decision
The application may be accepted, rejected, moved to certification review, returned for additional documents or closed.
Certificate record
After positive certification, the appraiser may receive a certificate record with status, validity date and certified appraisal scope.
Public verification
A certified appraiser may be visible in the public MOTOEXPERT certificate verification system.
Possible outcomes
MOTOEXPERT may decide the application according to documented findings.
